Dr Simon Knowles is available for Private GP appointments on selected dates

Whilst emergency appointments may be considered this service is more for non-emergency concerns.

The costs for in person appointments or consultations via phone are:-

£60 for 15 minutes
£80 for 30 minutes
£140 for 60 minutes

Home visits can be arranged at a cost of £175 per hour.

These costs include Dr Knowles writing a private prescription where appropriate and the clinic writing to your normal NHS GP to inform them of your appointment and any outcomes, should this be requested by yourself.

Health Assessments for Work Permits/Visa Applications

Assessment level 1 (Basic) £120
Assessment Level 2 (Detailed) £180

To fill out Country Medical Certificate (Supplied by patient) additional £60.
To create a Certificate on AS Letter headed additional £100 per patient

Blood Tests – Dr Knowles can give you a full costing at the time of your appointment and should then be able to take the bloods there and then or book you in for a follow up appointment. If we can take some information before the appointment to check what tests you are looking for that would be helpful just incase we are not able to assist.
